jekyll_config.yml : 'includes' option. #1

Hello.

The 'includes' option n jekyll_config.yml is not a valid config option. If you put some files in src/includes jekyll will throw errors saying it cannot find the includes in src/pages/_includes.

It seems _includes is always based off the 'source' config directory.

No problem, I generated a pull request for you with the proper fix. I looked around to see if there was a way to use the includes folder you had because it would be cleaner like that for sure but I couldn't find a way.
