more general version of #81, but maybe a submission system where others can add stuff like:

  1. links (syllabus PDFs, course webpages, important study resources etc)
  2. nicknames/alt names to be able to search for
  3. notes/comments on the description, title, prereqs etc

this might get very cluttered though, we need to find a good way to implement this
