Let users save certain things

Like their preferred city, so they can just do Current weather.

Saving shortcuts for command would be good too, like cw for Current weather...

I can look into adding support for shortcuts into formulae

It should be for users, so say I wanted to have cw for the Current weather in Mississauga, but someone else could have like cwm for Current weather in Mississauga.

(Basically check user's shortcuts before checking the normal formulae)
