Plugin Pay-2-Play cannot disable vote

Disabling votes in pay2play.xml has NO effect.
you can still use chat commands /res /skip when its allowed by server.

Depending on serversetting uaseco wont start/crash then.

I didnt saw this integrated into uaseco 0.9.6 so its stillseparated ?

The plugin Pay2Play is not part of UASECO (and it was only once on mistake).

Could you please add the errors from the logfile for both situations and the config file too?

Sorry, :D i have so many modified files to change for my switch to 0.9.6 and i wiped the logfiles in between. I will post them when it happens again.
