correctTaxo, namemodified should be in logical mode #53

The correctTaxo function gives an output with a column names "namemodified" with TRUE or FALSE. However, the column is not stored in logic mode.

namedmodified can also contain TaxaNotFound, spNotFound so except splitting this column into two columns namemodified (TRUE/FALSE) and for example reason (TaxaNotFound) it cannot be cast to a logical
