为什么这些规则去掉了, 好多自定义的都失效了

觉得lint做的太多不是很好，现在eslint实在是太慢了

这就不对了，因为慢所以把规则干掉，对写代码造成影响了，这不是声东击西吗

对的 像 a11y 这么重要的插件, 我们用fabric 就是不想再在根目录下node_modules 安装这些依赖看着pack.json ,现在又要自己安装这些依赖
