Create a Datastructure that allows adding and removing of published nodes based on Type

In Addition to the pure nodes that have to be published, we need a DataStructur that keeps a Reference to the Type to enable quick removing and adding based on the Type. It would also be beneficial to keep the browsepath for constructing the old umati dataformat.
