Force search corpus selection, limit to smaller search sets by default #372

To manage the sub-standard search experience, we could add an option to select which corpus is being searched, and limit it to e.g.

FC (all years)
DC (by year)
All (by year)

This is not ideal, of course, but would make search usable if we can't resolve the performance issues.
