Incorrect links for Collection targets on Open UKWA #244

Looking at E-publishing Trends/Emerging Formats, you can see the listed targets do not show the primary seed, rather they show they last seed added via ACT

I suspect this may be the case with other Targets that have multiple seeds

This would seem to be a problem with the back-end system that populates the UI.
