Hi,

I'm currently using the SparQL endpoint to explore Uk Parliament data and am confused by the differences between the schema and the ontologies.

While there is a lot of overlap between these two descriptions of the data store, there is also a great deal of separation (ontological terms not present in the schema, predicates named differently in the ontology, etc). Please could you clarify the relationship between these documents?

Is the ontology a design you're moving the schema towards or a completely difference data source? If the latter, is there a way to query the ontological data source?

Thanks,
Ian

For the schema , look at this ontology. The ontologies is worked on by data architects, which has some differences from what is actually implemented.

Thank you for the quick answer.

I have a bunch more questions for which Github issues feel like a poor fit. Do you have any other forums for asking questions about the UkParliament SparQL endpoint?
