• Steering Group and CMWG as two different groups: there was confusion on this. How we see it is the first having responsibilities similar to a board and in charge of reviewing WG creation, endorsement, changes to governance documents; and the other day to day events, comms, facilitation.
  • Consider the naming for the SG
  • Anyone can come to CMWG at any point, SC is an elected closed group

It is also an SVG file that anyone with access can edit from the governance folder on the Google Drive!

  • Transfer existing comments and discussion to Drive.

Likewise all documents should be done by September event.
