Configure Github Pages

Acceptance Criteria:

You have configured your site for GitHub pages
as explained here:

* <https://github.com/ucsb-cs156-s23/STARTER-team03/blob/main/docs/github-pages.md>

As a result, there is a link to the Github pages
site at the right hand side of the repo main
page.
When you click on that link, a page comes up
that looks like the one in the documentation here

The javadoc and storybook links both take you
to pages with javadoc and storybook sites.
