If it's alright with you I wanted to suggest a topic for introduction for future meetings: pipeline tools like nextflow or snakemake
Mostly because I want to learn about these ;)

Hey Dan,

Thanks for the nudge - I've used snakemake and I once talked about this paper on pipeline frameworks for a journal club.

I'm available from October and happy to present if it hasn't been covered by then!
