Ubuntu 24.04 with latest App Center. After installing Google Chrome from a third-party deb package using App Center, it looks like that it is not possible to uninstall it using GUI. On old GNOME Software based Snap Store, opening the deb file of an already installed package would display an "Uninstall" button. On App Center, only a non-clickable "Installed" button gets displayed.

I have the same problem. Only snaps are shown in the managed app option, not a single deb. If it allows to install.debs it should also be able to uninstall them

Was checking if someone had reported this. Just to add, per 24.10, this issue seems to extend to Debian packages installed directly via the Store too, and not just those downloaded and installed from a third-party source.

Feels like a bit of a step backwards given the old software center could do this, and it's not fantastically user-friendly that users can install Debian packages via the store but then have no easy way of tracking down and uninstalling what they installed afterwards unless they search for the application in question.
