Related to #402

There is only one small issue (and a niche case).
-On phone (not tested on tablet yet)
-Set desktop mode
-lock and unlock the phone

-keyboard is not filling the width of the screen
-on landscape the infographics has no space but shows some text

This seems to also affect halium 10 devices - as phone mode is not set on these and all the if = phone checks end up false. Seems they are using edge branch?

/usr/share/unity8/DeviceConfiguration.qml

is missing: property string category: "phone"

Infographics is no longer shown when the phone is in desktop mode, it appears the keyboard is accounting for for the launcher
