Wrong link on Install Ubuntu Touch Webpage #9

Hello,

I just noticed that if you go on https://ubuntu-touch.io/get-ubuntu-touch and that you click on
Choose your installer
you will be redirected to an old version of the installer (0.4.14-beta).

It might be intelligent to replace the link by the following!
https://github.com/ubports/ubports-installer/releases/latest
