Document the reason for _-_ in branch names

The documentation only mentions that the requirement to use _-_ is due to a silly Jenkins issue, but no additional information is provided. Please explain the situation a bit better, ideally providing a link to the Jenkins issue, so that we can revert to using "_" once the issue is resolved. Or hopefully, we can fix it ourselves or find a better workaround.
