post transaction (trade proposal, waiver-wire claim, etc.) for yahoo apps that have read/write access

Use case

feature in app that helps players build trades like Rotowire Trade Analyzer AND sends to trade

make waiver wire claim after app analyzes team weaknesses and suggests a claim that could bridge gap.
