Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our Accessibility group tested the content carousel and they provided feedback suggesting that there's feedback when the next/previous buttons are pressed/tapped. This would improve the experience for users using screen readers.

Feedback is given to users when the next/previous buttons are pressed/tapped.
