Describe the bug
It’s impossible to register “Ctrl+Comma” as a shortcut for “Comment”.

To Reproduce
I tried adding the following to my advanced settings:

  "keyBinding": {
    // for example:
    // "Always on Top": "Ctrl+Shift+P"
    // All other options are the menu items 'text label' displayed from each typora menu
    "Comment": "Ctrl+Comma"
  },

Then I restarted the editor. But the shortcut doesn’t work.

I am using Windows 11. I seem to recall it having worked on a Windows 10 PC that I used previously.

Version: 1.9.5 on Windows 11.
