Bug Description

63 is the default limit for PSQL identifiers such as columns, tables, indexes etc. When we auto-generate those, we need to take that limitation into account.
This should be already implemented in most of places but it seems inconsistent and failing for smaller strings than expected

PR: A draft PR is here #6839 but still haven't figured out the root cause, opening this issue to track it.
