Clean up the .css file

Several things are currently duplicated in the css file in the wp-swag plugin and in the TI-wp-content-theme. This shouldn't be the case. Thing through what would fit where, and update the css files accordingly. We need to have a bit of css in the plugin, since it should be possible to use the plugin with another theme, but not all of it.
