Allow Whitelisting Websites for MouseTooltipTranslator

Thank you for creating and maintaining the MouseTooltipTranslator extension! I find it really useful.

As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great to have the option to define a whitelist of websites where the extension should run, instead of only excluding sites. This could make it more convenient for specific use cases.

If this feature already exists and I’ve missed it, I apologize for the oversight.
