cant find Global Slack Bot Setting

Where is this setting located? i cant find it

I downloaded the project, created an HPI using Maven, and installed that HPI onto Jenkins LTS 2.89.3. After restarting the service, I expected to find the "Global Slack Bot Setting" section within the "Manage Jenkins > Configure System" page, per the documentation in the README. It's not present.
