Tasklist Wmi_connect failed

I was running tasklist recently and noticed it stopped work. I am running the most recent copy and keep getting Wmi_connect failed. It looks like a fix was pushed about a year ago, and I haven't seen any issues until recently, so I'm not sure if it's related. The other bofs seem to be working fine still also. I am happy to provide more details if you need anything.

on a quick test from within cobalt strike I'm not able to replicate this error

Do you think there are any potential environmental factors that I could add into my testing that may assist with reproducing what you are seeing?
