Failure to install ganche from vsCode extension

Apparently only ganache is missing but when i try to install it from the requirements page it gives me this error

In the line where it mentions "node-gyp-build" it basically means that that line is not recognized as any internal or external command

@axelrg could you please open a fresh terminal and try a plain npm ganache install with npm install -g ganache and share the return output for us?

Could you try to reinstall node with this installer? https://nodejs.org/dist/v18.12.1/node-v18.12.1-x86.msi
please accept and install the native build tools option at the end.

Could you try to open an administrative cmdline or powershell and installing ganache globally and let us know what happens?
