This commit reworks the /content/solutions/integrations/nextcloud.md article content to support/work with the /TruenasApps/StableApps/InstallNextCloudApp.md article. It also updates the JailsPluginsFirstTime.md snippet.

This PR adds connecting content to the /Solutions/Integrations/Nextcloud.md article about the Nextcloud plugin and Nextcloud app deployment options. A different PR adds connecting content to the Nextcloud app article to make it easier for users on CORE to find the instructions for the plugin version.
