FMA for Julia 1.8+ on MacOS #45

It looks like FMA is software-implemented on MacOS since Julia v1.8... Not sure what to do about it (probably nothing) but for now I'm going to deactivate the corresponding tests.

`rem` is now entirely implemented in Julia => we count individual operations
