Update WebTrilinos in-source examples to be compatible with a recent Trilinos release

There is no automated testing for this because the only way to run the WebTrilinos examples currently is through the Web interface (there is no build system). Might consider removing some or all of these examples eventually or rethinking the entire approach since people tend to paste their code in from the Trilinos Hands-on Tutorial, instead of using the drop-down anyway.
