This Pr adds
egeriaa small golang project made to obtain a status page of running PR environments for trento.The page will give us informations about running evs, if they are synced/not synced/paused with the associated pr, and the information about the last commit synced.
This will also give us informations about dangling environments to clean them manually.
In this initial implementation we will only release a running docker image, rpms on opensuse will come soon
