There's no way to edit setup.sh and run it for a plugin #192

If you edit setup.sh for a plugin, there's no way to run it. If you try to install then your changes will get overwritten by the original.

Possible frontend solutions:

  • for setup.sh add a button to the GUI to allow you to run your version.
  • just add somewhere in the app to run things in the transformerlab conda env
