mean percent identity

Hello, thanks for the wonderful tool. I just wondered why in your example, using the same dataset but different tools, the mean percent identity looks so different? The one from minimap seems much lower than the one from Mummer. Is that because of the huge difference of alignment length or so? Thanks a lot!
