Hi,
it seems that the mean percent identity per query is taken independent of the length of the hits. For example the following contig from the coordinate file is displayed with an identity of ~93% and not ~99.9% as I expected. Is this behaviour intended? Could the identities be weighted by lengths of the hits instead?
