Here's an idea: stops can have comments, which have a location and message. Unlike stops, you can't "go to" a comment - they just appear when the stop you're on is active. They can allow you to have a single stop that touches on multiple nearby points in the code. Could use comments API or codelenses for displaying them in code, not totally clear which is better. My primary concern is that we could not do anything like this in Sublime, Vim, etc. @hgoldstein95 any thoughts on this?
