Maybe this is obvious, but you also need

gem "less-rails-bootstrap"

in your Gemfile for this gem to work.

No I don't think so, it comes with complete bootstrap files, theres just a wrong path which was allready fixed, but it isnt in the gem for any reason. It seems like noone updated the gem file.
