There is hardcoded manifestUrl in

blueprint/src/network/send/TonConnectProvider.ts

Line 38 in 9b1c238

    
           'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ton-org/blueprint/main/tonconnect/manifest.json',

It seems to me that the manifestUrl should become parameters and be set when a confirmation request is generated.
