Need Create Event feature with Drag and Drop functionality

There is functionality to edit the events with drag and drop events , We need create event functionality with similar UI interaction like drag and drop to select area on calendar.

As mentioned above, it's useful to be able to move items around the calendar like Outlook. What is missing is the ability to create an event on the calendar by selecting the time slots, which then opens a dialoge to enter the details for the event. This is a core function of most calendars like Outlook and Google.
