What would be the best way to add an interlaced scan option so that all beamlines can use it?
One option could be to add an "interlaced file name" and " "interlaced enable" variables in the base class. If this set and the file is valid => the list of angles used is from the file if not the parameters entered in:
will work as usual. Also, when "interlaced enable" is True the fields in the above are grayed out, or somehow hidden to mark them as not valid.
Any other suggestion?

This is a multi rotation scan with angles at different (never repeating) locations. These are used by specific reconstruction methods to take advantage of time and spatial correlation (like TIMBIR). There are different way to generate the angles (one is here) but since these are totally dependent on the reconstruction method is perhaps more general to save the list of angle in a file and do the file generation with a tool outside of tomoScan.
