This is an extremely simple program I made in response to a request from the Universal Pokemon Randomizer ZX project. All it does is let you change the title ID of NCCH (aka, .cxi) and NCSD (aka, .3ds) files. I offer literally no support for this outside of providing the source and the executable, so have fun!
