Export to Existing Google Sheet, fails to load Google file picker the first time

Current behavior

If a user has already exported to Google sheets but has never exported to an EXISTING google sheet, the the file picker loads a blank window. If the user tries again the Google file picker loads fine.

Expected behavior

If a user has never exported to an existing Google sheet, they are able to without error

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create new TolaUser
2. Log into Track
3. Import data to create a Table
4. Click Export
5. Choose Existing Google Sheet
6. See File Picker load
