Use the DEFAULT_ORG variable instead of ID #883

Now, we have a variable DEFAULT_ORG in the settings and we should use it to set the default org of new objects.

  • Check/Update all models that are using default org by ID
  • Update the unit tests

I tried to do it because I thought it would be fast, but I was wrong. Other time...
