Added relevant CI testing applications and testing scripts for the RPi to test on Tock platforms. Boards tested were Nrf52840dk and Hail. Communication protocol tests only work with nrf52840dk currently

Improved test files for better flow of testing communication protocols. Made note of I2C master tests for issues involving initial booting of RPi causing test to file due to pigpio daemon not being turned on properly python file. Needs to running test one more time after initial boot to properly conduct testing.

Note

Testing files included:

  • ble
  • gpio
  • uart
  • i2c(master/slave Rx | Tx)

boards supported:
nrf52840dk - All tests
Hail - gpio, ble
nrf52dk - uart, gpio, ble

@lschuermann the infrastructure here is largely superseded by treadmill, but the tests themselves are ideally still useful to pull over.

@tyler-potyondy if any of the new (current new or future new) folks need a getting started project, iteratively porting a few of these tests onto treadmill could be a reasonable first thing.
