The syntactic analysis shown in the refgram is flawed, because apparently verbal arguments can end up stuck "between" the noun and the adjective. If you try to change the syntax, the other difficulty is finding the right attachment site. @uakci had some thoughts in #toaqdıu a while ago that I should read up on.
