Release plan for this maintenance fork

The goal of this maintenance fork is to provide fixes for the initial tablesaw library as new releases. The high-level release planning will be maintained in this discussion. In a second step we might include some of the changes initially planned for v1.0.

v0.43.2

Status: release candidate #19

Based on v0.43.1. Incorporates all fixes and package upgrades available in the original repository.

v0.43.3

Status: planned

Include additional fixes for some reported issues (jtablesaw#1229, jtablesaw#1248).

v0.44.0

Status: planned

Removed deprecated code. Remove the use of deprecated code. Drop shaded jars. Code cleanup to improve maintainability.

v0.45.0

Status: to be discussed

Migrate to java11 - without module
