[BUG] High power consumption while in background #567

Describe the bug
The app is consuming a lot of power (and battery life) when it's in the background.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Run Galaxy Buds Client in the background.
Don't have anything connected.
Observe high battery drain in Windows Settings app.

Expected behavior

It shouldn't be consuming this much power, especially while idle with nothing connected.
