blojsom-parent References a Blacklisted Repository #7

The Java.net Repository has been migrated to a new URL https://maven.java.net/content/groups/public/. The blojsom-parent pom should be updated in order to refer to the new URL.

I was reviewing the pom last week as well. I stashed about a half dozen of the same changes after I had to checkout another branch to look at a JavaScript problem.

I deleted that repos reference though. Was not aware that it migrated to another URL. You probably saw where I put a bunch of legacy jars into a local repos following a Maven pattern I encountered at a JUG (and fortunately found a post).
