What is the current behavior?

The MoBlog plugin is documented to run, with defaults, every 10 minutes. The plugin defaults to 12 minutes.

⚠ If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem.

What is the expected behavior?

Per the documentation, the moblog should check every 10 minutes.

What is the motivation/use case for changing the behavior?

Match the documented mailbox timer with the plugin.
