I'm having an issue running pdocs, on a package where we depends on Numpy 2.0 but hug assume numpy 1. I've started a PR hugapi/hug#922 but I don't think there is any chance that it will be merged soon (CI still use python 3.5 😱)
From what I can see, hug could be replaced with something more of a 2024 flavour like FastAPI.
I'm personally not sure to have to bandwidth to commit on creating a PR but wanted to check for the interest first
