I would like a simple helm chart reliably deploying a statefulset of one instance of timescaledb.
Why do we need it?
I don't need high availability, I want something simple and easy. High availability deployments are harder and not always needed. Patroni adds a lot of complexity and issues. For example, the helm chart seems to be broken because of patroni since weeks (#554).
What is missing?

Anything else we need to know?:
A clean container free of Patroni seems to be provided: https://hub.docker.com/r/timescale/timescaledb
I am willing to make a pull request if it has a chance to be merged.
