Description

We want to add card-linked offers to our managed reward program.

We need to conduct appropriate research into card-linked offers to understand potentialities and limitations, select an initial CLO partner to integrate with TIKI SDK & develop initial specs to build.

The deliverable for this milestone is a Feature proposal as a markdown file in GitHub containing
